    the reformer group classes are fifty-five-minute, full-body workouts designed to engage deep core muscles and strengthen your mind-body connection. with a maximum of six participants, these classes provide an energetic yet intimate atmosphere, with intensity adjusted through spring changes, positioning, and props to keep you challenged. you'll improve strength, flexibility, and balance in a refreshing and motivating beachfront setting.

    "the fundamentals" sessions are designed for beginners or those interested in a form refresh, focusing on going back to the basics with a slow-moving pace, a heavy emphasis on proper form, and setting a solid foundation for future practice

    mat pilates focuses heavily on core strength while still providing a full-body workout, encouraging intentional movement and slowing down to deepen awareness. with an emphasis on core strength, spinal / hip mobility, and glute activation, props like the pilates ball, ring and ankle bands are used to increase challenge and expand movement potential.
