ready to salt with us? book all drop-in group sessions via our booking platform. all reformer sessions are fifty-five minutes long and require grip socks to attend.

we offer reformer private sessions in the form of single privates (1:1), semi-privates (2:1), trio privates (3:1) and small group privates (4-6). connect with us directly to book private sessions at preferred dates and times.

finding salt studio

salt studio is nestled along love beach, just minutes east of the old fort bay ridge. If you're driving along west bay street, look for the "vilara villas" sign across from the new WESTEND development. Turn onto that road, and park near the boardwalk leading to the beach. follow the boardwalk down to the shoreline, and on the left, you'll find a white building with a blue roof—welcome to salt!
